Sane's services are confidential and you can discover the support and guidance for anyone affected by mental illness, as well as carers and families.

Solent Mind are there to make sure that anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn to for advice and support. Their mental health experts can help if you feel low, worried or anxious and need to talk.


italk is a psychological therapy service which you are able to self-refer online.


Kooth is an online mental well-being community for anonymous and safe support. 


Hampshire Youth Access (HYA) is a partnership of 11 leading agencies providing counselling, information, advice, and support to children and young people aged 5 to 17 across Hampshire.

Support for those who have been affected domestic and sexual abuse.


No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support to children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and Hampshire. 


Breakout Youth is an independent charity based in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight offering confidential support for young people aged 11 to 25, who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning or unsure of their sexuality or gender identity.

Catch22 deliver universal, targeted and specialist substance misuse services exclusively for young people up to 25-years-old.


Talk to Frank provide honest information about drugs.

Citizens advice support the New Forest community and can give advice on a wide range of issues including finances. CAB can also make referrals to foodbank.
